Motorcycle Repair: Timing chain Replacement precedure, timing chain replacement, honda elite 80

Question
What is the procedure to replace the timing chain on a 1986 Honda Elite 80?  How do I set the timing marks on the camshaft and to what specifications do I set the intake and exhaust valves? Thank You, I appreciate your time and expertise.

I would recommend that you get the manual before you attempt this.  Each bike is different, however the marks are normally fairly easy to spot.  Usually you have to put the bike on TDC, and then put the valves symmetrically 'on the rock' and line up the marks on the sprocket.
