Motorcycle Repair: 78 honda400 carbs, bill silver, float bowl

Question
i dont get gas to both carbs. i cleaned both and the carb that has no gas line going to it gets no fuel it stays completely dry do you know what to do

Jesse, take the float bowl off and release the float downwards so the needle drops down out of the float valve seat. If nothing comes out, then there is a block in the interconnecting tube between the two carburetors.
