Motorcycle Repair: Rear shocks, rear shocks, eye hole

Hello,I have a 1981 SUZUKI GS1000L i need to replace the rear shocks what size are they? and where can i buy them? They are the original shocks and are adjustable.

I did some digging around and the rear shock size is 335mm - 13" from (eye hole to eye hole).
The Suzuki part number for the shocks was used on the following bikes:

1979 Suzuki GS850GN   
1980 Suzuki GS1000GLT   
1980 Suzuki GS1000GT   
1980 Suzuki GS850GT   
1981 Suzuki GS1000GLX   
1981 Suzuki GS1000GX   
1981 Suzuki GS850GLX   
1981 Suzuki GS850GX   
1982 Suzuki GS1100GLZ
1982 Suzuki GS850GLZ

There are a number of aftermarket replacements available for your GS1000. A quick search in eBay turned up some good results when I did it.
