Motorcycle Repair: Head torque, torque chart, cap nuts

I am changing out the rings on my sons 1977 XL 100.
Can you give me the torque value for the head bolts!

I think you are referring to the 8mm cap nuts on the long studs. 17ft/lbs dry or about 15 with oil on the threads.
