Motorcycle Repair: trans sprocket, xlch, exhast

hi mike just like to know if trans sprocket on 73 xlch has to be set atcertain tension or just nipped up secondly are 73 xlch pushrods the same or differant sizes hope you can help thankyou andy

There is not torque for the trans sprocket. Just tighten it tight. On the pushrods, they should be all the same length. If you have aftermarket ones, they might be different. If they are the longer ones go to the exhast and the shorter ones go to the intake
