Motorcycle Repair: Hydraulic brakes, hydraulic brakes, master cylinder

Question
How do I refill the hydraulic brakes on the front of my motorcycle when they are completely empty? Standard bleeding techniques don't work.

Answer
The system needs to be free of clogs, powder, etc.  and ensure that all of the air bleed venturi's are clear, especially in the master cylinder.  Sometimes you have to clean the whole system and leave it to sit overnight with fluid in it.
