Motorcycle Repair: Wont start, starter button, new spark

my 2006 honda won't start! new battery and cables, new spark plugs,  oh yeah the starter doesn't make a sound

Answer
Is there a current draw when you press the starter button?  Does the headlight dim a little?  if not suspect the starter button itself.  if there is an audible click coming from under the seat, then suspect the solenoid or the starter itself.
