can you please advise me where I can , on the internet, receive a diagram how to replace fork seals on a 1984 honda goldwing 1200

Sheila, the best place I could recommend is to go to someplace like discount honda parts.com and look at their exploded parts manuals online.  That will give you a pretty good idea of how the forks come apart.  I don't know of any website that give a step by step instructions but there is a youtube video that give a pretty good description but it's not exactly the same procedure as your bike.
