Motorcycle Repair: Honda CRF 80 Carb, honda crf 80, screw driver

I have a 04 CRF 80 that runs great but fuel is dripping at a rapid rate out of the drain hose.  This only occurs when the fuel valve is in the run position.  What can I do to stop this?  Will it require a mechanic to complete the repair?

Normally, I don't address later model Hondas but this is an easy one.  The needle and seat aren't shutting the fuel off.  Sometimes if you tap on the float bowl with a plastic handle screw driver it will free things up.  If that doesn't work, you are probably needing to clean the carb.
