How do I change the fork seals on a 1981 Honda aspencade 1100cc?

Bruce, you have to pull the front end off, remove the lower fork legs, pry out the seals and replace them.  I'd recommend you invest in manual.   It's not a good job for an inexperienced mechanic to try without having some close instructions or help.
