Motorcycle Repair: handlebars and pulls to tke left at 50mph, clutch cable, throttle cable

QUESTION: Want to change the bars on my 07 Road King. I want a little
more pullback because I have a short reach. Cant find bars that will allow me to keep original wiring and cables. I dont want to change my seat. HD service seems stumped as well. Please help.

ANSWER: How much farther do you want to go back with the handlebars? If you go over 50 doesn it pull to the left?

Answer
If you are wanting to pull the handlebars back and there is not enough wire then you will have to splice wire in. The other problem you might run into is the throttle cable and idle cable, clutch cable and brake line might be to short.
As to the pulling to the left. The only things that can cause that is a bent frame, forks are tweeked, the rear pully is not aligned tot he front wheel or you have a bad front tire.
