Motorcycle Repair: 1986 honda GL1200, stubborn screws, fuel tank

I think I need to replace the fuel filter on my gold wing but can't figure out how I can get the screw off the clamp that holds on the filter under the fuel tank any help would be appreciated

Ty, I'm not sure I understand the problem.  Can't you turn the screw or is it that you can't get a screwdriver on the screw?  If it just stuck, try taking a small hammer and tap on the end of the screwdriver as you are twisting the screwdriver.  That often will break stubborn screws loose from the shock.
