Motorcycle Repair: OIL FILTER, clutch basket, bill silver

JUST SEALED UP BOTTOM END PUT CLUTCH BASKET AND EVERY THING ELSE ON GO TO PUT THE FILTER ON,IS THERE A WASHER THAT GOES BETWEEN FILTER AND MOTOR CASEING TO PREVENT FILTER FROM RUBBING ON THE CASEING I THOUGHT THERE WAS BUT CANT REMEMBER IF SO WHAT KIND OF WASHER AND WHERE TO FIND ONE ONCE AGAIN THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME..

Randy... Guess we are talking 250-305s, right!?  Great! It goes on the outside of the filter rotor, so the small locating pin doesn't chew up the spinning filter assy.

#20 = P/N 15493-259-000  It is used on all 250-305cc engines in all models.
