Motorcycle Repair: 1993 Honda Z50R, honda z50r, intake valve

Question
will not start!
when valves are closed sucking and blowing through intake occurs. is this normal? if not why and how do i fix it?
PS carb is clean

Sorry but if the valve are adjusted properly, you either have a bent, stuck or burned intake valve.  I'd start by making sure the valves are not mis-adjusted and go from there.  Also check to be sure there's not something stuck between the valve and the seat.
