QUESTION: ive chage sator and rotor,volt meter , battery,  now my charing system isnt charging again whats next besides dinamite

QUESTION: yes mike its  a2000 flhtcui ive just replaced everything again it only lasted 4 weeks stator grounded this  time

Sounds like the stator you installed was bad. I use accel stators and dont have any problems with them. They also come, unlike harleys, with a limited lifetime warrenty. After 4 weeks I would return the stator and see if you cant get a refund or a replacement.
