QuestionHello,
I currently own a 2002 Honda Rebel 250 to which I am having a problem. I can not get it to start. I have checked the wires and I get spark on the right wire but not on the left side wire. I would like to know if there is some sort of fuse or breaker that would stop me from receiving a spark on the wire end. Any help is very greatly appriciated. Thank you.
AnswerAlfonso,
one side of the ignition coils is
grounded. The yellow/black wires run
to the ignition box separately for
each coil.
You could try switching the coils
to see if it is the ignition coil.
Check that the coils are grounded well
by the green wire.
It might be a bad spark plug cap,
coil, wiring or the ignition box itself.
