Motorcycle Repair: Harley Sportster Issue, sportster 883 xl, 2000 sportster 883

Question
Just bought a 2000 sportster 883 XL.  Starts immediately and runs fine until turned off or will misfire and die after riding for awhile.  Won't start again until waiting sometimes 10-45 minutes then starts fine.  Have replaced battery, coil and voltage regulator.

Answer
After riding the bike check the flow on the fuel to the carb and make sure its running well.
Check your spark when its misfiring to make sure you have a good spark.
If you have a good flow to the carb then your ignition might be overheating.
