Motorcycle Repair: 2007 XL1200L wont start or turn over, starter solenoid, bike sound

I had to replace my speedometer and handle bars after a laydown. Now my bike won't turn over when I try to start it

Is your battery charged up and cables tight?
check for power to the starter solenoid.
Does the bike sound like it's trying
to turn over? Could be oil or fuel in
the cylinders after a laydown.
Was there other damage done?
I need more info about what's happening.
