Motorcycle Repair: 1995 honda shadow ace, honda shadow ace, brake caliper

My friend recently changed my rear tube for me but now when he put it back together the rear wheel wont spin.The brakes arent hooked up.Any idea what I can do?

is the tire touching anywhere? If not
it might be assembled wrong, the wheel
has a spline that has to align with
the rear drive on assembly.

-Also if you have disk brakes, there may be
a spacer between the brake caliper and
the swingarm.

-Before you tighten the axle nut, make sure
the wheel is turning okay and then slowly
tighten it as you turn the wheel.

-You may have to remove the wheel and
make sure the spline in the center is
not damaged, otherwise you will have
trouble getting it in the bike.

-Use moly type grease on the splines.
Tighten the axle to 60 ft/lbs only after you make sure
nothing is binding on reassembly.
