Motorcycle Repair: adjusting 1976 keihan carb., air fuel mixture, sparkplugs

cant find my manual and bike idles great butfalls all over itself as soon as you start going. we thought we had a fuel problem and messed with both adjustments and need a starting point to get it back any help would be appreciated thanks chuck

There are several different carbs, so I need to know which adjustements you have on your carb. I know one would be the air/fuel mixture, what is the other one that you have? Also, when you say it falls over itsself, pull the sparkplugs and let me know what color they are.
