i have an oil leak  near the swing arm right below the   the kick start what might it be?

Probably the gasket or kickstarter seal.... Could be oil from the breather system piping, especially if you overfilled the crankcase or turned the thing over or up a very steep sideways grade.....

Wash it off so the whole area is nice and clean and then run it for awhile at good speeds and climbing, then check it when you finish the ride. Usually these things are self-evident, once you get all the muck and oil off once.
