I am thinking about drilling them out and buying new screws a the outer clutch assembly. But to save me money, do you have any Ideas. P.S I know you are a Mopeds specialist but I was just wondering If you had any advice.

AnswerDerek,
if you don't have the screws out yet,
an impact driver is a good purchase.
Find one with small enough tips for
your bike screws. Most auto and hardware
stores have them. Makes easy work
of the tough screws on bike engines.
Otherwise the old chisel or drill is
the only option.
