Motorcycle Repair: Honda CRF 100F, honda crf, air leaks

My bike bogs when I crack the throttle. We have had the carb apart, it is clean. We are wondering about the position of the float.

-the float height or level as it just closes the
float needle valve should be around
14mm or .55inch.

-If you are sure fuel supply
is good, you could try raising the slide needle,
drop the clip a notch, this will richen the
fuel mixture from 1/4 to 3/4 throttle.

-Check for air leaks around the carb also.(wd40)
Is the spark plug reading rich (black)
or tan (good) or white (lean) fuel.
Carbs come set quite lean from the factory these days.

-Have you checked the valve clearance, air filter etc?
