Motorcycle Repair: oil change for 2001 heritage softail, rear frame, o ring

Need to learn how to change my bike's oil by myself, and I have no step by step instructions.  (husband has NO patience or time!)  Could you guide me?   Thanks!

Run the bike for 5 min. to get all oil back in tank.  Remove filter from the front.  Remove drain plug from right rear frame crossmember just in front of the wheel to the right with a 5/8" socket.  Bike must be standing straight up to get complete oil chang.  Check o-ring for fraying and flattening.  Replace with o-ring #11105.  Use HD filter #63798-99A and refill with 3qts. HD 20/50 motor oil.
