have a 2000 flstc clutch slips when getting on it with passenger how do you set clutch pack and cable

Answer
If you have free play at the lever (which is adjusted with the adjuster under the accordion boot on the clutch cable just below your gas tank on the left front frame downtube) and your clutch is slipping you need a new clutch or clutch pressure "spring". (It's really a slotted dished plate).  There is no spring pressure adjustment.
