Motorcycle Repair: flasher wont blink, honda xrm 110, bill silver

I have a honda XRM 110 cc. The flasher won't blink. It has a light but it does not normally blink as it used to. Can you help me with my problem?

Vic, If the flasher doesn't blink, the options are:

Bad flasher unit. Replace

Low battery. Replace or recharge. If low check charging system and be sure that the brake light isn't staying on while you drive the machine.

Bad grounding of the circuit or loose wire connections.

Usually when the lights are blinking very slowly, the battery is bad or not charged correctly.
