Motorcycle Repair: leaky exhaust, decent rate, shively

I have a small leak in my exhaust, Kawi ZX-6R, sounds horrible.  A friend of mine suggested an alternative to welding, something more like a filler.  Would you happen to knowanything about it. Appreciate your help in the matter.

You may find a temporary fix in a non-weld product, but why waste time and money?

The proper way to fix the defective part is to weld a patch, fill the hole(s) by welding, or replace the part. A local welder or machinist should be able to make repairs at a decent rate.
