Motorcycle Repair: suzuki gsx-r 1100l, gixer, dyna 2000

I have a problem with my gixer in that it starts fine everytime, but it sounds as though it is running on two pots. When you ride it down the road for a while it seems to clear and run on all 4.And then back to 2pots. i've changed the plugs and drained the carbs, and put fresh petrol back in. The bike has a dyna 2000 ignition system fitted. I just can't work out what the problem is.I'm at my wits end. CAN YOU HELP!

simon go to all carbs look for the 2 acting up ,look for the tube jus hanging on the carbs  blow in it while bike is running if bike idles up pass awire through that tube to ger air flow. i have a bike in my shop now had same problem simple .
