Motorcycle Repair: Ignition timing, honda cb125t, good luck

Hi, i have a 1979 honda cb125t tourer. It  runs but needs the ignition timing sorting. Any general simple advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

James give me a little bit more insight as to the timing question i know that i can help you out hang in there and send me a little more info i will make it my first thing to do soon as you send me a little more info as to waht symptoms you are having with the bike ok. good luck
