My scooter stalls at cold start ups
I cleaned the carburetor with exception of air adjustment screw
Now it starts up easier but still stalls after about a minute or two.
Also can you recommend a tachometer so that can adjust the RPM
The starting enrichment valve works ok

Reference the stalling problem, I suspect either the carb needs more thoroughly cleaned or fuel system has a venting problem.

Check for pinched or collapsed fuel/vacuum hoses.

Check fuel tank cap vent.
