Where is the turn signal relay located, and how would I check it?

Question -
The turn signal and break lights on my 84 goldwing just stopped working. With the motor off, when I turn on the turn signal, I hear a buzzing noise in the area of the front forks in the fairing.
The fuse that covers the horn, turn signal and breaks is fine and the horn works.

Check your turning signal relay.

Ok, what u need is the "Haynes" or "Clymer" manual for your machine.  These r complete with anything u would need to know.  I would tell u to look where the buzzing is coming from and then report what u see, but your relay is most likely near your battery.  Without a volt meter u might as well just replace it as they can b bought at Auto Zone for under 5$.
