Motorcycle Repair: ct110 electrical problems, honda ct110, turn signals

I am trying to work on a 1983 Honda ct110. The problem seems unusual, I have no headlights, no taillights, and no left turn signals, or brake lights. I do have right turn signals, however.  I'm showing almost 6 volts on the voltmeter when I check the battery.  Any idea what could be going on?

Doug, this is a good one, after looking at the schematic for a while i see no way power isnt being distrubuted to all lights unless there is a major break in the harness. brake system is powered upon ignition switch. have you checked for power to the pedal switch for brakes ? if none there i would look real close at the ignition switch
