Motorcycle Repair: Signals, signal lites, fuel mixture

Hi, i have two Q's. At higher altitudes do you richen or lean the fuel mixture? I have a 99 FLHTCUI and the signal lites stopped self canceling. Is there a seperate module and where is it located? Thanks.

Higher altitudes, less oxygen. So you lean it. Yes there is a seperate modual for the turn signals. It would be located under either the seat or the covers on the side of the bike. It is a small black box with  a plugin.
