I have a 74  750 Honda engine in a chopper frame and I wanted to rework the engine for more CC s and higher performance , is there a shop I can send the engine to and they will do this work , I live in L V Nevada but can ship it almost anywhere  thank you    tom

There are many machine shops who can perform machine services for you locally and out of state. I'm sure you can find a specialty shop that performs CB750 work. Try contacting someone at the websites below for more intel.
