Motorcycle Repair: VT1100, honda shadow sabre, suzuki marauder

Hi Mark, I am riding an '02 Suzuki Marauder 800cc and was thinking of moving up to a Honda Shadow Sabre VT1100. What's your feelings about this model regarding value for the money, reliablity, overall rating and any years I should stay away from as they were lemons at that time. I have read reviews on the net but there are no bad reviews on ANY bike but I'll trust your judgement. Thanks for your help.

Both models are impressive to me. I would have to have one of each. I can't say anything bad about either model.
