Motorcycle Repair: valve adjustment, gsxr 600, valve adjustment

the bike seems to be making a lot of noise, i have nevre done the valve adjustment on the bike since new and there is about 15.5k on the bike.  so how do you adjust the valves on a 04 gsxr-600, and is there a online sorce for a manitance book, one more question would the rims from a '05 636 fit on my bike, '04 gsrx-600. thank you in advace for reading this.

I recommend that you get a copy of the service manual. I do not know of any on line resources for the 2004 model.

Ditto for the rim question. That swap has not been performed in my shop, nor have I read anyone making the swap elsewhere. It may be possible. Comparision measurements need to be taken to know if the rims will work.
