have a knock in front jug and black smoke when turnig throttle

Hi David.

The black smoke indicates that the cylinder is getting too much fuel.  The knocking could be valves or lifters.  Only an in person inspection by a mechanic will tell you for sure.

Get it in to a shop right away.
