Motorcycle Repair: 1982 suzuki 750 disrepair, worth it?, suzuki gsx 750, suzuki 750

I have a 1982 suzuki GSX 750 w/the DOHC 16valve 4cyl air-cooled that is in disrepair. It was running when it was garaged 6 years ago (was prepped, gas drained, STP oil to prevent corrosion), but needs head work, also need seat, brakes, new hoses & battery.  My question is it worth fixing up and how much money do you think i will have to sink in it?

A:  The first question you'll have to decide. How much money depends upon the work that needs done and replacing parts that may be defective, if any.
