Motorcycle Repair: Driving Lights, spring retainers, bike bandit

I have a 2000 Goldwing SE.  One of the driving lights have burned out.  I purchased a Clymers but it does not show how to replace the bulb.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Stan,

Remove the related fairing parts to access the driving lights (see manual).

-or-

Lay on the ground and reach up and under and do the following:

Remove the spring retainers on the back of the driving light, remove bulb fixture from rear of light and replace bulb.

The bulbs are Honda special bulbs. They cost about $19 each at Bike Bandit.  (www.bikebandit.com)
