A: The Mule is a Utility vehicle and I hope your dealer told you that when they sold it to you.
Kawasaki was the flag ship for the Mule Utility many years ago. It was designed to be a work horse and by no means a RV. They are designed for light duty utility work such as around an apartment complex, construction sites, etc.
The ATV saftey council has a reported 88 cases of accidents already with some of the Mule knock off's that insist on making it an RV at 40+ mph which is why you won't see Kawasaki go above 25mph.
You may find an aftermarket performance rev limiter for your Mule if you search on-line. At about $175, a couple of miles per hour increase isn't worth the buck.
