Motorcycle Repair: Crankcase Breather Kit, harley davidson fxst, crankcase breather

I have a 2005 Harley Davidson FXST EFI with 95cu in. stage II upgrade kit and everything else that I can put on the bike.  Do I need or should I get a New Crankcase Breather Kit. Like one from Kuryakyn. Please let me know. Thank you in advance for your time.
