 I would be able to answer your question, but I need details.  How do you define "slow starting"?  Describe the sympoms for me as well as the weather conditions and storage conditions that you have the bike in when the problem first began as well as when your last full maintainence was.  Weather often has a hand in the way a bike will start and run.
