Motorcycle Repair: Engine Switchout, leg amputation, rectangular connector

I am replacing an xr50 motor with a 97cc noname chinese motor.  THe xr50 wiring had four wires in a rectangular connector.  The chinese motor has six loose wires.  How can I possibly match the wiring up?  I have NO electrical experience but hate getting raped at a dealership.  I am on a fixed income due to leg amputation and cant afford a real mechanic.

I cannot help you without being present to see the conductors or at least having wiring diagrams to view.

If I had year, make, and model information I may be able to find service intel.

I can understand the opinion about dealership's service fees. Parts and labor are expensive.
