Motorcycle Repair: lowering my bike, mail order companies, honda v65

I have a 1984 Honda V65 1100 Sabre.  Have you got any suggestions for lower my bike 2 inches.  My legs are short and it might handle a little better.  Thanks

Hi Rob,

Lowering kits are available for some brands/models. You'll have to search the internet or call one of the major MC parts mail-order companies and inquire.

Fabrication and modification can be done by a skillful shop or welder.

An alternativve may be to have the seat re-upholstered to gain additional clearance.
