my friend has a 1981 GL 1100 Honda  Interstate and he wants to know how much  fork oil goes in the front forks  or how do you measure that oil level  thanks

Hi Dovie,

The specifications for fork oil and other fluids can be obtained from the owner's manual and the repair manual.

Fork oil levels is not measured. When adding new oil to empty fork tubes the oil is measured prior to pouring into the tubes.
