Motorcycle Repair: 04 Honda Rebel, honda rebel, engine rev

I started riding last year and it seems that this year the bike is just not moving up hills I thought it was just because it was a 250 and I ride it more this year however I can hear the engine rev but it just does not want go up even a little hill I would be verythankful for any thought on what this could be

Hi Juli,

I suspect the air intake may be restricted. Check the air filter and clean or replace as necessary. Also, clean or replace the spark plugs.

You could have a local shop perform a tune-up (complete service) which would include the things mentioned above and more.
