Motorcycle Repair: 1983 6v5 magna / 1985 v65 sabre eng. repair, v65 sabre, 1983 v65 magna
QuestionHello, I have a 1983 v65 magna that pops out of 2nd gear. I believe it is a bent shift fork, what is the cost to repair? Also I am currently looking at a very clean 85 v65 sabre that has a skip in sixth gear "he say's" but is being sold with a brand new transmition still in the box from honda. I know both bike engine's are the same, but want your comment on both cases.
AnswerHi James,

A: Service department flat-rates vary. You'll need to make a few calls and inquire about cost of repairs.

A: I would avoid buying a defective product. Keep in mind that it's a "buyers beware" market.
