Motorcycle Repair: Primary oil in my engine oil, stock engine, engine oil

My primary is emty and my engine oil is over full, It's a 1999 fatboy stock engine. Have you seen this before and what causes this

I have seen this before, but in reverse. The engine oil going into the primary. You have either a bad motor seal or a bad set of cases. In 89 and 90 harley had a problem witht he casting of the left case and it would leak through. The only repair would be to replace the cases. I would start with the motor sprocket seal first and see if that doenst solve the problem.
