Motorcycle Repair: Headlight alignment, duece, alignment

Question
I have a 2000 Duece and the headlight does not seem to be aligned correctly. How do I check this?

Measure 25 feet from a wall. Park the bike with the front axle on the line. Have someone sit on the bike and shine the headlight on the wall. Measure from the ground to the center of the light. The measurement should be the same when the light shines on the wall.
