How do I set the timing on a 1976 Kawasaki KZ1000 with double cams?

Hi Kathy,

I recommend the service manual for this procedure.

I do not have the service manual and cannot remember the procedure or how many camshaft sprocket points to count to set the timing.

A good resoure for your KZ is "www.oldkawman.com" Maybe this guy can give you specific intel on the task.
